FM-200 Easy Flow System is developed for total flooding automatic gaseous fire extinguishing system. FM-200 EFS utilizes clean and safe fire extinguishing agent heptaflouropropane (HFC-227ea) popularly known by its trade name FM-200. Since the enforcement of Montreal Protocol in 1989, FM-200 has been developed and became widely regarded as one of the most cost-effective replacement for Halon 1301 as fire extinguishing agent.

In FM-200 EFS, the agent is stored in cylindrical storage container and pressurized with Nitrogen to about 25 bar. This kind of system is also commonly known as standard flow system.
